Historic Rio & Beaches E-Bike Tour

Discover Rio de Janeiro in an authentic, fun, and effortless way on a guided electric bike tour through some of the city’s most iconic locations.

This small-group tour combines famous beaches, history, architecture, cinematic landscapes, and authentic local life in a relaxed and engaging ride filled with stops for photos, videos, and fascinating stories about Rio.

The tour starts at 9:00AM or 2:30PM in Copacabana and takes you through very different sides of the city, from Rio’s famous coastline to historic and cultural areas downtown.

Along the route, you’ll visit:

• Back to Copacabana

One of the most special moments of the tour is a coconut water stop at Flamengo Beach, with beautiful views of Guanabara Bay and Sugarloaf Mountain.

Guests also receive photos and videos captured (already included) with Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, creating spontaneous, immersive, and cinematic memories of the experience.

The electric bikes make the ride smooth and comfortable, allowing you to explore more of Rio effortlessly while fully enjoying the experience.

Safety and Responsibility Terms – DiCria Rio Tours

By participating in the tour, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Bicycle Use

• Participants must know how to ride a bicycle.

• E-bikes are equipped with a throttle and can also be used in pedal-assist mode.

• If a participant is unable or does not feel confident riding the bike, they may be reassigned to ride as a passenger with a companion or one of the guides, subject to availability.

2. Weather Conditions

• In case of heavy rain or strong winds, the tour will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

3. Minimum Age and Height

• Recommended minimum age: 15 years old.

• Recommended minimum height: 1.55 m (5'1").

4. Children

• Children may join as passengers (rear seat or child seat) at no additional cost.

5. Weight Limit

• Maximum weight per participant: 160 kg (353 lbs).

6. Punctuality

• Maximum delay tolerance: 15 minutes.

• After this period, the tour will depart without the participant, with no refund.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

8. Image Use Authorization

• By making a reservation, the participant authorizes the use of their image in photos and videos for promotional purposes by DiCria Rio Tours.

9. Responsibility

• Participants confirm they are in suitable physical condition for the activity and acknowledge the inherent risks of cycling in an urban environment.
